MEET THE TRAINER

Nicole Green

Nicole has been working professionally with dogs since 2018, gaining hands-on experience at multiple animal shelters throughout Southwest Florida and Charlotte, NC. Her time in the shelter system sparked a deep curiosity about animal behavior, especially after seeing how often dogs were misunderstood or surrendered due to behavioral challenges.

She earned her dog trainer certification through Animal Behavior College in 2023 and is currently continuing her education to further expand her knowledge and skill set. Nicole has always known she would work with animals and that lifelong passion now fuels her mission: to help dog owners build stronger, more trusting bonds with their pets through clear communication, understanding, and positive training methods.

ADVANCED GROUP CLASSES

ADOLESCENT TRAINING CLASSES

This class is designed for canines aged between 5 months and 3 years, demonstrating no significant behavioral concerns and exhibiting sociable behavior towards both people and other dogs. Dogs in this age range should also possess some capacity to acclimate to new environments.

Structured to guide clients through the challenging adolescent phase of canine development, the curriculum imparts a diverse array of skills, including 'go to your mat,' 'come,' and 'drop it,' among others. These skills are progressively introduced and reinforced in environments of varying levels of distraction.

For dogs already proficient in these behaviors, the course offers opportunities for mastery of more advanced skills. By the conclusion of the program, participants will have acquired a comprehensive understanding of various techniques and strategies to facilitate clear communication between themselves and their canine companions amidst the emotional turbulence of adolescence.
