Amy was born and raised in Charlotte, North Carolina, and is happy to call it home, where she currently resides with her husband and their ever-growing collection of cats. Her love for animals began at a young age, and she has always had a special place in her heart for helping animals. Although she officially entered the veterinary field in 2020, her passion for animal care has been a lifelong interest.

Before pursuing her career in veterinary medicine, Amy built an extensive background in customer service and management, developing a strong appreciation for building relationships, understanding individual needs, and providing compassionate support. She earned her bachelor's degree in Business Administration in 2014, bringing valuable communication, organization, and problem-solving skills to her work. She understands that pets are family, and she strives to ensure every client feels heard, valued, and confident in the care their furry companions receive.

Outside of work, Amy loves horror movies and getting lost in a good book. She also enjoys visiting antique malls in search of more Elvis albums and spending quality time at home with her husband and her ever-growing family of fur kids.
